Thanks goodness this week is drawing to an end. It's been quite a week with lots to organize in my home & work life, I'm dealing with quite well considering.

We are off to a groovy party tonight, another Samsonite launch, so a big thanks to Suzanna and Liz for getting on the list, nice one, cheers!!!

LE TIGRE

Had a some good news today, which I will reveal at a later date...

We went to see "Journeys End" based on R.C. Sherriff's own experiences in the Great War (WW1) it was a splendid show with dazzling realism and frightfully rich display of camaraderie. Really made me feel we have things pretty good.

CRUISIN' INTO SPRING

I rode into werk today as it was a delightful 77˚, finally the Spring weather is making it's way back into our lives...

JUST A QUICKY

Had a great weekend, Bethzaira treated me to an afternoon at the Great Jones Street Spa on Saturday for some much needed steaming and massaging. It was my first real massage and definitely not the last!!! Had good brunch with Liz, Don and Antonio on Sunday and watched "Planet Earth" before dissolving into sleep...

SMOKE 'EM IF YOU GOT 'EM

Had a good day work wise, got the thumbs up and laughs all round for my new group "Cigarettes & Alcohol". Here's a quick preview of one of the cigarette wallets...

Also submitted an second attempt for this weeks IFN. I submitted something earlier this week but didn’t really put any effort into it. I think I might have put too much effort or elbow grease into this one, Haha ha aha Ha!!!

Not too much to report on today, I made some good "head way" so to speak with my novelty wallet group. Here are the final designs, they will be printed on PVC and made into mini coin purses. Should be interesting to see my division mangers reaction to some of these...hahah hah ha!!!

Another wicked day up at Hunter yesterday, 20” of new snow made for a groovy day of riding. It was so cool charging down the runs with Antonio he’s really good and this was only his second time riding!

HUNTER MT DUDES!!!

I had a fun day on Saturday with Jose, Antonio and Alex up at Hunter Mountain we went for a day’s snow boarding which was really cool. The kids loved it and Alex who is not the “sporty” type really got into it too, he keep saying when I took him up to the top of the green run at the end of the day “I’m gonna die!” But he made it all the way to the bottom of the slope with no loss of limbs or life!!! I want to again before the season ends it such a good laugh and it was really sunny and warm which made it even more enjoyable.

Had a good weekend, worked on T-shirts for Juan's line Macabre Society and went out to NJ to print some at his pad. It was really cool to try my hand at some silk-screening again and Juan's Mom Stella cooked a great lunch for us. I have three new T's to sport over the next week, we'll be getting the screens back on Tuesday so I'll look forward to getting my hands on some more next weekend!

At work we were set a little project to design a wine logo and label for a company called Cereau Wines (which means Hula-Hoop in Francais.), here's my submission I hope I win!

CHICKEN DINNER

Wow what a week, I have had no time to blog my humble apologies!

I did how ever get to work on my first submission for Illustrationfridaynights.com, my new favorite site, check it out, I dare you! The guys at IFN were kind enough to invite me to join there highly talented and worldwide gang of contributors, it made my week and I feel like all the shit I'm going through at work and with our temporary accommodation ain't half that bad, thanks guys!
